What do you pay per person from Amsterdam? The starting fare of €50 covers the whole ride, not each passenger. Between two people that works out at €25.00 each, between three at €16.67, and between four at €12.50. The more people travel together, the better that compares with separate train tickets. You also travel door to door with your luggage, including at 04:00 in the morning, when no train runs.

Your fare does not rise with rain, busy periods or an early flight. Traffic and detours do not change it either. The amount shown when booking your Amsterdam journey is the amount on your receipt.

Your taxi from Amsterdam to Schiphol Airport
Amsterdam accounts for most Schiphol journeys in the Netherlands, and if you live in Zuid or Nieuw-West, you are there in 15 to 20 minutes via the A10 and A4. From the centre, the Jordaan or De Pijp, expect 20 to 30 minutes; from Noord or IJburg, 25 to 40, because you first have to cross the ring road.
That is why SchipholRide works with three fixed price zones in Amsterdam rather than a single city rate: Comfort costs €50 from Zuid and Nieuw-West, €50 from the centre, the Jordaan and De Pijp, and €55 from Noord, IJburg and Zuidoost.
Whichever zone applies, the price you see when booking is the price you pay. Premium, the Van and VIP follow the same zones; a VIP S-Class is €115 from the centre and €120 from Noord, IJburg and Zuidoost.

Via the A10 and A4 to your flight
The driver chooses the route based on live traffic: the standard way runs via the A10-Zuid and the A4, and via the S-roads or the A9 when there are queues. The morning rush (07:00-09:30) is heaviest on the A10-West and around the Zuidas; outside those hours you reach the airport from most districts in around half an hour.
The pickup time is planned around the current traffic situation, so even during roadworks on the ring road you arrive at Schiphol without stress, and the fixed zone price does not change because of it.

Outside rush hour, 20 to 25 minutes via the A10 and A4; during the morning rush (07:00-09:30) it can rise to 35 or 40 minutes. The pickup time is planned around the current traffic situation, so you are there with time to spare.
How early am I collected for an early morning flight from Amsterdam?
For a flight at 07:00, the pickup time from Amsterdam is usually between 04:15 and 04:45, depending on your district and your airline's check-in advice. There is no night surcharge: you pay the same fixed price as during the day.
Can I also be collected at the ArenA or RAI during an event?
Yes. There are sometimes closures around events; the driver confirms the exact boarding spot with you and extra time is built in. The fixed price does not change because of this.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver tracks your flight live; the pickup time shifts automatically and you have 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, even in the middle of the night.
Where does the taxi drop me off at Schiphol?
Your driver drops you off at the departure hall, as close to your check-in as possible. Schiphol's parking and pick-up fees are already included in your fixed price.
