Payment questions

When is my card charged?+

Immediately at booking. We reserve the amount and capture it on the day of the ride (sedan/minivan). For VIP and business: direct charge at booking.

Can I pay after the ride?+

Consumers: no, prepayment is required to reserve a driver. Business clients with an invoice arrangement: yes, within 30 days after the ride.

How do I get a refund after a cancellation?+

Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. iDEAL is usually faster (3–5 days); credit card can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Do I get an invoice?+

Yes. A PDF invoice arrives in your inbox shortly after the ride. Consumer: for your records. Business: VAT specified, with PO reference if provided.

Which cards don't you accept?+

Diners Club, JCB, Discover and UnionPay are currently not supported. For large business rides we can sometimes arrange a bank transfer — call 085 060 2543.
