About hotel transfers
Where exactly will the driver pick me up at the hotel?+
Your driver waits at the main entrance or at the hotel reception at the agreed time. For larger hotels (such as NH Schiphol or the Hilton) you can specify an exact entrance in the notes field. No driving around, no confusion.
Does the driver speak English?+
Many affiliated drivers speak English and often German too. For international guests you can tick 'English-speaking driver' at booking — we match automatically. French or Spanish on request (call 085 060 2543).
Can I get my invoice in English for my expense claim?+
Yes. We email an invoice straight after the ride, in Dutch or English as you prefer, with VAT itemised and all trip details (route, vehicle, date/time). Perfect for expense claims.
What if my flight (arrival) is delayed?+
On return transfers (Schiphol → hotel) we track your flight live. If it is delayed, the pickup time shifts automatically. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free — after that it's €0.40 per minute.
Can you stop at more than one hotel on a single ride?+
Yes. Multi-stop transfers (e.g. 2 hotels, or a business dinner to Schiphol) can be planned in advance. Enter the stops in the notes field or call us — we give an exact fixed price for the whole route.
