What happens if the flight is delayed?+
We track the flight live. On a delay the pickup time shifts automatically and the driver waits — the first 60 minutes after the scheduled landing are free. You don't need to message us.
Can I book a pickup for someone else (without coming along)?+
Yes. When booking, give your guest's name for the sign and a phone number if possible. The driver meets them in the arrivals hall and takes them to the address you specify.
How many people and bags fit?+
Comfort suits 1–4 passengers; a Van carries groups of up to 8 with more luggage. Tell us how many travellers when booking and we'll pick the right vehicle.
What if I don't have a flight number?+
Then we schedule the pickup at the time you specify. With a flight number we can track the arrival live and auto-adjust on delays — recommended whenever possible.
