Where does the driver wait when picking up?+
At the agreed pickup point at Schiphol Plaza. Your guest receives a message in advance with the driver's name, number plate and phone number, so they know exactly who to look for and where.
What happens if the flight is delayed?+
We track the flight live. On a delay the pickup time shifts automatically and the driver waits — the first 60 minutes after the scheduled landing are free. You don't need to message us.
Can I book a pickup for someone else (without coming along)?+
Yes. When booking, share your guest's phone number if possible. They receive the driver's name, number plate and the pickup point in advance, and the driver takes them to the address you specify.
How many people and bags fit?+
Comfort suits 1–4 passengers; a Van carries groups of up to 8 with more luggage. Tell us how many travellers when booking and we'll pick the right vehicle.
What if I don't have a flight number?+
Then we schedule the pickup at the time you specify. With a flight number we can track the arrival live and auto-adjust on delays — recommended whenever possible.
