Change or cancel a ride
Call or WhatsApp with your booking reference. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that, you get a 50% refund up to 4 hours before pickup.
Question about the price
No need to call: you see the fixed total price straight away in the booking, including luggage and with no night or weekend surcharge.
Business transport or a quote
Email info@schipholride.nl or request a quote directly. Paying by invoice is possible.
Complaint or problem with a ride
Call 085 060 2543 with your booking reference. SchipholRide mediates with the carrier and solves it together with you.
