Booking

How far in advance should I book?+

You can book up to 4 hours before departure. For peak times (early mornings, holidays, weekends) we recommend booking 24 hours in advance for certainty. Last-minute is often possible too — call us directly at 085 060 2543.

Can I book for someone else?+

Yes. Enter the pickup address + name + phone number of the traveller. You receive the confirmation and invoice. The traveller gets an SMS 15 min before pickup with driver info.

Can I add multiple stops?+

Yes. Click '+ Add stopover' at step 1. Each extra stop is €7.50 within the same city, or €0.55 per km for detour. All visible in the price before payment.

Pricing & Payment

Are prices fixed or dynamic?+

Fixed. The price you see at booking is the total. No meter ticking up, no night surcharge, no surprises afterwards. Including luggage and waiting time.

What payment methods do you accept?+

iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and business invoice on request. All payments via Stripe — secure and encrypted.

Can I pay later / by invoice?+

For business customers yes, on request at booking. Invoice within 1 business day in your inbox, payment within 30 days.

Flights & Waiting

What if my flight is delayed?+

No problem. We track your flight via AeroDataBox in real-time and automatically adjust the pickup time. You receive an SMS update on changes > 15 min. 60 minutes free waiting after the original landing time.

What if I miss my flight?+

Call us immediately at 085 060 2543. We can often reschedule your booking to your new flight time or re-plan within the same day. For cancelled flights our cancellation terms apply — usually we can convert to a credit.

How does the driver know I've arrived?+

You receive an SMS 15 min before pickup with the driver. On arrival at Schiphol the driver is ready in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name (on request) or outside at the agreed pickup point.

Luggage & Comfort

How much luggage can I take?+

Per person 1 large suitcase (max 23kg, 80x55x35cm) + 1 carry-on. No surcharge. Extra or oversized luggage (ski, bike, golf bag) on request at booking.

Can you arrange a child seat?+

Yes. Tick 'Child seat needed' at booking and provide the child's age. Free. We arrange the right size.

What vehicles do you drive?+

Comfort (Volkswagen Passat or similar, 1-4 people), Premium (Mercedes E-Class or similar, 1-4 people), Van (Mercedes V-Class or similar, 5-8 people), VIP (Mercedes S-Class or luxury V-Class, with water + wifi on board). All with AC and handsfree chargers.

How can I cancel?+

Via the cancel link in your confirmation email, or call us at 085 060 2543. Free up to 24 hours before departure, then 50% refund up to 4 hours before departure.

Can I change my booking?+

Yes, free up to 24 hours before departure (time, date, vehicle type, address). After that depends on the change — call us and we'll see what's possible.
