A 07:30 departure from Schiphol with a family and suitcases in Keijzershof? Then you do not want to take the RandstadRail metro into The Hague first and change to a train from there. Schipholride arranges a taxi from your front door in Pijnacker-Nootdorp to Schiphol for a fixed all-in price from €95 (Comfort), with a journey of around 45 minutes outside the rush hour.
In the rush hour that can climb to roughly 70 minutes, and the planning allows for it. The price includes VAT, luggage and the parking costs at Schiphol, and there is no night surcharge: a 04:30 ride costs the same as one at 14:00.

From Pijnacker-Nootdorp it is 54 kilometres to Schiphol, almost entirely on the motorway. The standard route runs via the N470: heading west towards Delft you join the A13, which you swap for the A4 towards Amsterdam at the Ypenburg interchange, staying on it until the Schiphol exit.
An alternative is to follow the N470 as far as the Delft-Zuid junction and join the A4 directly there, handy when the A13 at Delft is gridlocked. From Nootdorp the driver can also reach the A4 via the A12 and the Prins Clausplein interchange.
Outside the rush hour you are there in around 45 minutes; in the morning rush (roughly 06:30-09:30) and the evening rush (16:00-19:00) the journey can stretch to around 70 minutes, above all on the A4 between Ypenburg and Leiden.
Because the N470 itself sees roadworks from time to time, the driver checks the current situation beforehand and picks the other junction where it helps.
Pick-up in Pijnacker-Nootdorp

What time should I be collected in Pijnacker-Nootdorp for a morning flight?+
Reckon on around 45 minutes of driving plus a good two hours for check-in at Schiphol: for an 08:00 flight you plan the pick-up at roughly 05:00-05:15. Can I take a direct train from Pijnacker-Nootdorp to Schiphol?+
