The ride out of Moordrecht heads first for the A20 at Nieuwerkerk or Gouda, then transfers to the A12 and onwards to the A4 northbound to Schiphol, with exit 4 for the terminal. Off-peak you are en route for some 53 minutes over the 52 kilometres.
The familiar pinch points lie on the A20 around Rotterdam, the A12 stretch at the Prins Clausplein and the A4 past Leiden; in the morning peak the travel time can therefore climb to about 76 minutes.
