When you land back at Schiphol later, your driver tracks the flight and is ready the moment you actually arrive.
The A44 runs practically alongside the village: via the Rijnzichtweg you're on the motorway within a couple of minutes. After that it's straightforward: the A44 northbound past Sassenheim and the Kagerplassen lakes, onto the A4 at the Burgerveen interchange, and then the Schiphol exit.
Outside rush hour that 29-kilometre stretch takes about 30 minutes. The best-known bottleneck sits at Burgerveen, where traffic from the A44 merges onto the busy A4; during the morning peak the journey time can rise towards 45 minutes.
Things also back up around Hoofddorp then. Your driver plans the pick-up time with that congestion in mind and, if there's an incident on the A44, can divert via Leiden and join the A4 at Zoeterwoude.
