Bennebroek is small but well known: not quite five thousand residents, the Huis te Bennebroek estate at the heart of the village and the Linnaeushof playground on the south side. Since 2009 it has belonged to the Bloemendaal municipality.
Thanks to its position right against the Haarlemmermeer, Schiphol is close: 19 kilometres, about 27 minutes outside rush hour. The fixed total price for that ride is €48 in Comfort, €60 in Premium, €66 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €114 for VIP.
Luggage, VAT and parking at the terminal are included, and you don't pay a cent extra at night or on a public holiday. You can book up to 1 hour before departure and pay online straight away.
Your route and departure time
Short in kilometres, but not in minutes: the route to Schiphol runs largely over provincial roads. From the Bennebroekerlaan or the Rijksstraatweg your driver heads north to the N201 near Heemstede, crosses the Ringvaart at the Cruquiusbrug and drives into the Haarlemmermeer polder, past Hoofddorp to the connection with the A4 and the Schiphol exit.
An alternative starts closer to home: via the Zwarteweg and the Bennebroekerweg through Zwaanshoek, then over the Nieuwe Bennebroekerweg past Hoofddorp-Zuid. Both variants cover those 19 kilometres in about 27 minutes outside rush hour.
The delay sits in the traffic lights on the N201 and at the Cruquiusbrug, which opens for shipping; in the morning and evening peak the journey can rise towards 40 minutes. Your driver picks the route running smoothest at that moment just before departure.

Pick-up happens at every address in the village: in the Oude Kern around the Schoollaan and the Kerkplein, in the Het Duin villa quarter, on the Bijweg, in Meerwijk, by Park Lokhorsterduin and along the Leidsevaart.
Bennebroek has no train station; Heemstede-Aerdenhout and Hillegom are a few kilometres away and require a change towards the airport anyway. Why does 19 kilometres still take nearly half an hour?
Because the route runs largely over the N201 and the roads through the Haarlemmermeer, with traffic lights and the Cruquiusbrug along the way. There are few motorway kilometres, which is why the planning allows about 27 minutes outside rush hour.
Is there a station in Bennebroek?
No, the village has no station of its own. You'd first go to Heemstede-Aerdenhout or Hillegom and change there towards Schiphol. With luggage or an early departure, riding directly from your front door is usually the calmer choice.
What time do I leave for an 08:00 flight?
Allow a good two hours for check-in and security, plus about 27 minutes' driving time. That comes out at a pick-up around 05:15. If the ride falls in the morning peak, it's planned more generously as the journey can rise towards 40 minutes.
Can the driver wait at Linnaeushof or a holiday address?
An intermediate stop along the way is possible, but costs extra: the detour time and the extra address are built into the total price. Report it when booking, so the amount is fixed in advance and the driver knows the plan.
