Pijnacker is the largest core of the Pijnacker-Nootdorp municipality and grew from a growers' village into a commuter town of over thirty thousand residents, with the greenhouses of the Oostland on one side and the Dobbeplas lake on the other.
To Schiphol you reckon 50 kilometres, about 48 minutes outside rush hour. The ride has one fixed total price, known in advance: €95 in Comfort, €120 in Premium, €125 for the Van (5-8 people) and €210 for VIP. That includes VAT, all luggage and the parking at the airport; surcharges for night or public holiday are not added.
You book at least 1 hour before departure and settle directly online, after which only getting in remains.
From Pijnacker you first drive over the Klapwijkseweg, the Oostlaan or the Delftsestraatweg to the N470, the road that runs straight across the Oostland. Westbound, past the greenhouses near Delfgauw, you reach the A13 at Delft; you follow that north to the Ypenburg interchange, where the A4 towards Amsterdam begins.
From there it's one continuous line past Leidschendam, Leiden and the Burgerveen interchange to the Schiphol exit. Over 50 kilometres that takes about 48 minutes outside rush hour. If the A13 jams at Delft-Noord — and in the morning peak it regularly does — your driver goes the other way: the N470 east to Zoetermeer, onto the A12 and via the Prins Clausplein to the A4 after all.
In the busiest hours the journey can rise towards 70 minutes, mainly on the A4 between Leiden and the airport. On a peak ride the pick-up time is therefore set more generously.

You're picked up at any address in the core: in the centre around the Julianalaan, in Klapwijk and Tolhek, in Koningshof and in the newer streets of Ackerswoude and Keijzershof. Business addresses on Boezem Oost or Oostambacht and the nurseries along the Zuidweg belong to the zone too.
Pijnacker has no NS station — the RandstadRail metro takes you towards The Hague or Rotterdam, where you'd have to change with all your cases onto the train to Schiphol. Door to door spares that lugging and half an hour puzzling over connections.

Can a child seat come along?+

When and how do I settle up?+
Payment is made directly at booking, online by iDEAL or card for example. That fixes the total price and means nothing more to do with the driver: no card machine at the end of the ride, no surcharge for luggage.
What if my flight on return is delayed?+
The driver sees the new landing time and matches his arrival to it, without you having to call. After landing you also have 60 minutes of free waiting time, enough for passport control and the wait for your baggage.
Can we pick someone up in Delft or Zoetermeer on the way?+
That's possible, but an intermediate stop isn't free: the detour and the extra time are built into the price. Report the address at booking and you'll see beforehand exactly which total applies to the complete ride.
