That figure already contains VAT, luggage and the parking costs at Schiphol, and no night surcharge exists. A screened driver collects you at home, often more comfortable than the train from Kampen, which requires a change along the way with all your cases.

From Kampen the driver takes the N50 to the A28 at Zwolle, then follows that motorway south-west past Nunspeet, Harderwijk and Amersfoort. At the Hoevelaken interchange, or via the A1 near Amersfoort, the route continues towards Amsterdam, after which the A4 to the terminal is reached via the A10 ring or the Diemen interchange.
Off-peak the drive takes around 87 minutes. The familiar pinch point is the A28 around Amersfoort and the Hoevelaken interchange: in the morning and evening rush it can lift the journey to around 113 minutes. Early flights are deliberately planned ahead of the rush, and the driver keeps an eye on live traffic around Amersfoort when choosing the approach time.
Pick-up in Kampen
You can board anywhere in Kampen: the old town along the IJssel, the districts of Cellesbroek, Hanzewijk and Flevowijk, and the newer housing in Het Onderdijks and Reeve across the water. The villages of IJsselmuiden, Grafhorst and Wilsum within the municipality carry the same fixed price.
The historic centre is narrow and partly closed to traffic; if you live there, name a boarding spot at booking where the driver can pull up. From most addresses the N50 towards Zwolle is quickly reached.
