Hardenberg lies in the east of Overijssel, where the Vecht winds through the Vechtdal and the landscape gives way to the wooded scenery of the Reestdal and the German border. Schiphol lies 157 kilometres from the Vecht; outside rush hour you're there in a good two hours.
SchipholRide charges for the ride from Heemse a fixed total price: €225 for Comfort, €280 for Premium, €295 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €405 for VIP, including VAT, cases and parking. The time makes no difference to the price: night and public-holiday surcharges we know at the Vechtdal no more than elsewhere.
Place your reservation by the Vecht at least 1 hour in advance and pay online, then the ride is settled and the price final.
Your route and departure time
From Hardenberg your driver first takes the N34 towards Ommen, or via the N343 and the N36 to Zwolle. At Zwolle the route takes the A28 to the west, past 't Harde and Nunspeet over the Veluwe, after which at Amersfoort the A1 is picked up towards the Eemnes interchange, Muiderberg and Diemen.
Via the Diemen interchange the driver picks the A9 past Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Badhoevedorp to the A4 and the Schiphol exit. It's a long ride of a good 150 kilometres; the sensitive stretch is on the A28 around Zwolle and on the A1 between Amersfoort and Amsterdam, which fill in the peak.
The N34 and N36 through Salland, by contrast, run quietly. Outside rush hour, allow a good two hours; if the A1 is jammed, there's an alternative via the A50 and the A1 at Apeldoorn.

Pick-up is possible throughout the Hardenberg municipality: in Hardenberg itself and neighbouring Heemse, and in the villages of Dedemsvaart, Gramsbergen, Balkbrug, Slagharen and Bergentheim. Addresses along the Vechtdal and on the business estates fall within the area too.

Plan from Heemse a good two hours for the ride and a good two hours for the handling at the airport; if your departure falls in the peak, the pick-up time moves forward a bit.
How early should I be at Schiphol before my flight?
Schiphol recommends 2 hours for a European flight and 3 hours for an intercontinental one. Your driver plans the pickup time around that, with a margin for rush hour.
