Your ride from Olst
Olst lies on the IJssel between Deventer and Zwolle, main town of the Olst-Wijhe municipality, a region of floodplains, old IJssel villages and the nature of the Duursche Waarden. The distance from the IJssel to the airport is 129 kilometres; you drive that in about two hours outside rush hour.
You ride from Wijhe for a fixed price: €190 in Comfort, €240 in Premium, €245 in the Van for five to eight people and €340 in VIP, cases and parking included. For a night departure by the Duursche Waarden you pay nothing extra; surcharges outside office hours we don't charge.
You book the ride by the IJssel up to at least 1 hour in advance and settle directly online, so the amount is fixed before the car pulls up.
From Olst your driver rides over the N337 along the IJssel towards Deventer or Zwolle, and picks up the A1 at Deventer or the A28 at Zwolle there. From the A1 it goes westbound past Apeldoorn over the Veluwe to Amersfoort, where via the Eemnes interchange the route runs past Naarden and Muiden to the Diemen interchange.
Via Muiden and Diemen the driver picks the A9 past Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Badhoevedorp to the Schiphol exit. The ride spans a good 120 kilometres; the sensitive stretch is on the A1 between Apeldoorn and Amsterdam.
The N337 along the IJssel runs through villages and floodplains and asks for some calm driving. Outside rush hour you reckon along the IJssel on almost two hours.
Pick-up in Olst
Pick-up is possible throughout the Olst-Wijhe municipality: in Olst-centrum, and in Wijhe, Boskamp, Den Nul and Welsum across the IJssel. Addresses by the Duursche Waarden and on the De Meente business estate fall within the area too.

What's the ride price from the Duursche Waarden?+
The rates from the IJssel are fixed: Comfort €190, Premium €240, Van €245, VIP €340, with VAT and the parking at Schiphol already included.
Does a direct train run from Wijhe?+
The station by the Duursche Waarden doesn't help directly: to Schiphol you travel via Deventer with a change, while a taxi drives you to the departure hall without a change.
What time does the car pull up at the IJssel?+
The driver reckons from Wijhe with about two hours' driving time plus a good two hours at the airport itself, so together you set a pick-up time that's ample even in the morning peak.
How many people can come along in the Van?+
With five to eight people you book the Van (Mercedes V-Class or similar) at the IJssel; it costs €245 including luggage, more comfortable than splitting the party.
What happens with a scrapped flight?+
If you report it at least 4 hours before the pick-up time by the Duursche Waarden, we move the ride free of charge or you get half back; shorter beforehand that can no longer be done free.
