Uitgeest sits unusually well for airport transfers: exit 10 of the A9 practically borders the village, which means the 34 kilometres take about 32 minutes outside rush hour. During the morning or evening peak that stretches to roughly 47 minutes.
As for the car, you can choose a VW Passat or similar (Comfort), a Mercedes E-Class (Premium), a V-Class for groups of up to eight (Van) or an S-Class (VIP). Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before pickup, and on a pick-up ride from Schiphol your flight is tracked live.
Your route and departure time
From most streets in Uitgeest you're on the motorway within five minutes: via the Geesterweg you reach exit 10 of the A9 and turn towards Beverwijk. After that you dive under the North Sea Canal through the Wijkertunnel, pass Velsen and the northern edge of Haarlem, and at the Raasdorp interchange your driver picks either the A5 towards Schiphol or the A9 past Badhoevedorp onto the A4.
The best-known delay point is the stretch of A9 between Uitgeest and the Wijkertunnel during the morning peak (towards Amsterdam, roughly 07:00-09:00); things can also back up around the Rottepolderplein. If the A9 is blocked by an incident or planned maintenance, your driver diverts via the N203 through Krommenie and the A8 past Zaandam, a few minutes longer but reliable.
Just before departure the live traffic situation is checked and the pick-up time adjusted accordingly.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Report a cancellation at least 4 hours before the planned pick-up time. The ride is then rebooked free of charge to another date or time, or you get 50% of the amount paid back. Reporting later can unfortunately no longer be processed without cost.

Nothing extra: the fixed price is per ride, not per person. Whether you travel alone or with four people in a Comfort, the amount stays the same.
Do I get an invoice with VAT for my ride?
Yes. Book in your company's name and you receive an invoice with a VAT specification, useful for your records or expense claim.

How early should I leave for an 08:00 flight?
Allow about 32 minutes' driving time outside rush hour plus the two hours Schiphol advises for check-in and security. For an 08:00 flight that works out at a pick-up around 05:00; if that falls in the morning peak, your driver plans extra margin from exit 10 of the A9.
Can I take the train from Uitgeest station instead?
You can, but never directly: from Uitgeest station you change on the way, for example in Beverwijk or Amsterdam. With luggage and an early departure that quickly costs more time and hassle than a single ride from your door to the departure hall.
We're travelling with eight people, does that fit in one car?
Yes, then choose the Van: a Mercedes V-Class or similar with room for five to eight passengers plus luggage. From Uitgeest that costs €80 as a fixed total price, which works out cheaper for a group than booking two separate cars.
