Rail travel takes effort, as the town has no station: first a bus to Bergen op Zoom or Roosendaal, then the train, and the door-to-door clock soon ticks towards two and a half hours. A price settled in advance removes much of that fuss: tax, cases and airport parking all sit inside, no night surcharge applies and cancelling is free up to 24 hours ahead.
Travelling with children and luggage, or departing before sunrise, the direct car practically picks itself over the detour by bus and train.

From Steenbergen the drive follows the N259 to the A4 at Dinteloord, the newer link running north through the south-western delta. Two options then present themselves: continuing towards the Hollandsch Diep and the A29 over the Haringvliet bridge, or swinging east via the A17 and A16 past Roosendaal and Dordrecht.
Either way, the route reaches the A15 at the Ridderkerk interchange and then the A4 to the terminal. The heaviest delays develop around Dordrecht and Rotterdam; in the morning crush the journey can rise to roughly 123 minutes.

When am I collected for an early morning flight?
For an 08:00 departure you want to be at the airport around 06:00. Count on some 95 minutes of driving, so you stand ready around a quarter past four. At that hour the A4 and A29 are quiet. No night surcharge is added; you pay the fixed amount from €170.
Steenbergen–Schiphol with six or seven people: how does that work?
That is what the Van is for: a Mercedes V-Class or similar with room for 5 to 8 people. From Steenbergen the fixed fare is €220 for the whole vehicle, including VAT, luggage and the parking and drop-off costs at Schiphol.
Travelling with family from Welberg and De Heen, agree on one pick-up point, and the driver drops you all together at the departures hall.

Can I also join from Dinteloord or Kruisland?
All centres of the municipality fall under the same rate. From Dinteloord you are on the A4 quickly; from Kruisland, Nieuw-Vossemeer or De Heen the driver first crosses the N259 to the motorway. The journey time differs slightly per village, but the price remains identical in every case.
Can I travel on business from the Reinierpolder or Nieuw Prinsenland?
Yes. The driver collects you at your company on the Reinierpolder estate or at the Agro & Food Cluster Nieuw Prinsenland near Dinteloord. Put the company name and entrance in the comments, so the driver knows where to stop.
