Your ride from Oss

From Oss to Schiphol, Schipholride charges a fixed all-in price from €175 (Comfort); outside the rush hour the 104-kilometre run takes around 95 minutes. During the morning or evening peak it can stretch to roughly 125 minutes, so build that into your timing. You are collected at your door, whether you live in the Ruwaard, in Ussen or in a village such as Berghem or Lith, and the price already includes VAT, luggage and the parking costs at the airport. You choose from four segments: Comfort (VW Passat or similar, €175), Premium (Mercedes E-Class or similar, €215), Van for 5-8 people (V-Class or similar, €230) or VIP (S-Class or similar, €360). There is no night surcharge, not even for a 04:00 departure, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before you leave.

From Oss your driver takes the A59 towards 's-Hertogenbosch and joins the A2 north of that city, heading for Utrecht. The A2 runs past Deil and Everdingen to the Utrecht ring and then on towards Amsterdam; at the Holendrecht interchange it feeds onto the A9, which connects to the A4 at Badhoevedorp for the final approach to Schiphol. The whole journey is 104 kilometres and almost entirely motorway. The weak spots sit on the A2 between Deil and Utrecht and on the A9 near Amstelveen: roughly between 06:30-09:30 and 15:30-19:00 these stretches build up regularly, which can push the trip to around 125 minutes instead of the 95 you would expect off-peak. The A59 itself also sees morning congestion around Oss and 's-Hertogenbosch. If the A2 is badly blocked the driver can divert north via the A50, but the standard route through 's-Hertogenbosch is almost always quickest.

Pick-up from Schiphol

If you land on a weekday between 15:30 and 19:00, the drive back to Oss runs straight into the evening peak on the A2: allow for the return to stretch to around 125 minutes rather than 95. After a late-evening landing the A2 is clear instead, and either way you pay no night surcharge for the 104 kilometres home. For an arrival pick-up your flight is tracked live, with 60 minutes of free waiting time after you touch down.

Frequently asked questions

What time am I collected in Oss for an 08:00 morning flight?+

Work it back: for an 08:00 flight you want to be at Schiphol around 06:00, allowing a good two hours for check-in. With roughly 95 minutes of driving time outside the rush hour, that means a pick-up around 04:15-04:30. At that hour the A2 is still empty, so the margin sits mainly in the check-in. There is no night surcharge; the fixed price stays the same.

Should I consider the train from Oss to Schiphol instead?+

There is no direct train: you change at least once, usually in 's-Hertogenbosch, and the Den Bosch-to-Schiphol leg alone takes well over an hour. With suitcases, a family or a flight before 07:00, a door-to-door taxi is the more practical choice; for a solo traveller with hand luggage in daytime the train can work fine. You weigh up what suits you.

Does the fixed price also apply to villages around Oss, such as Berghem or Ravenstein?+

Yes. The pick-up address may be anywhere in the municipality: Berghem, Lith, Ravenstein, Megen or Herpen all keep the same fixed prices from €175 as the town of Oss itself. Just give your full address when you book, and the driver is at your door at the agreed time, ready for the run to Schiphol.

Seven of us are leaving from Pivot Park together; does that fit in one vehicle?+

Yes, the Van (Mercedes V-Class or similar) carries 5 to 8 people for a fixed total of €230, which works out at roughly €29-33 per person, including luggage and parking at Schiphol. A pick-up at Pivot Park, Vorstengrafdonk or any other business park in Oss is no problem; just mention the company address when you make the booking.

My return flight to the Netherlands is delayed; will the driver still be there?+

Yes. Your flight is tracked live, so if it runs late the pick-up moment shifts automatically without you arranging anything. After landing you also have 60 minutes of free waiting time for baggage and customs. From there it is around 95 minutes back to Oss outside the rush hour, with no night surcharge whatever the time.
