Rail travel is awkward, since the village has no station: first a bus to Den Bosch, Boxtel or Veghel, then a change, and the door-to-door clock quickly passes two hours. The advantage of one fixed amount is that everything sits inside it (tax, cases and airport parking), so a surcharge never follows.
There is no night supplement either, and cancelling is free up to 24 hours ahead. For groups, big luggage or a pre-dawn departure, the door-to-door car is nearly always the most agreeable option.
Schijndel connects to the A2 via the N622 or the Structuurweg at Den Bosch, or further north via the A50 at Oss. The A2 is the main artery: once on it, you pass Den Bosch, the Waal bridge at Zaltbommel and the Deil interchange, then continue over the Lek bridge at Vianen to the Utrecht ring.
From there the Holendrecht interchange and the A9 guide you to the A4 and the Schiphol exit. The heaviest delays on this A2 link build at Den Bosch and on the Utrecht ring; in the morning crush the trip can grow to about 121 minutes.
