Nuenen lies just north-east of Eindhoven and is above all the Van Gogh village: here Vincent painted his Potato Eaters and his studio and the church from his canvases still stand. The ride from the Van Gogh village to the airport spans 133 kilometres, about two hours outside rush hour.
For the ride from Gerwen the price is fixed (€195 for Comfort, €245 for Premium, €255 for the Van and €350 for VIP), with VAT, cases and parking already settled. Whether you leave from near Nederwetten at night or in the afternoon, the amount stays the same, because there's no night surcharge.
Up to an hour before the pick-up time by the Van Gogh village you can book; you settle directly online and the amount is thereby fixed.
Your route and departure time
From Nuenen your driver rides via the N615 or the Europalaan to the A270 and the Eindhoven ring, and picks up the A2/A67 heading north there. From the A2 it goes past 's-Hertogenbosch, over the Maas and past Zaltbommel and Culemborg to the Deil interchange and Utrecht.
Past Utrecht it goes over the A2 and A9 via Ouderkerk aan de Amstel to the Schiphol exit at Badhoevedorp. The ride spans a good 130 kilometres; the sensitive point is on the Eindhoven ring, the A2 around 's-Hertogenbosch and the Utrecht ring, all peak-sensitive.
The country roads around Nuenen, by contrast, run quietly. Outside rush hour the drive through the Dommeldal takes almost two hours.
