Leidschendam grew around the lock in the Vliet, and that old Damcentrum with its quays and little bridges still stands in stark contrast to the Mall of the Netherlands just up the road. As a core of the Leidschendam-Voorburg municipality it has its own connection to the A4, putting Schiphol 42 kilometres away: about 39 minutes' drive outside rush hour.
The total price is known in advance and final: €65 in Comfort, €80 in Premium, €85 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €150 for VIP. VAT, luggage and the parking at the airport are in the amount and no night surcharge is charged.

From the Damcentrum, De Rietvink or Essesteijn you're at the A4 slip road on the north side of the core within a few minutes; from De Zijde and Duivenvoorde the approach runs via the N14 with its tunnel troughs.
On the A4 you then head north in one line: past Zoeterwoude and Leiden, over the Ringvaart at Roelofarendsveen, through the Burgerveen interchange and past Hoofddorp to the exit for the terminal. Under normal conditions you cover those 42 kilometres in about 39 minutes.
It's busiest between Leiden and Burgerveen, where traffic from The Hague and Rotterdam converges; in the morning peak the journey then rises towards 57 minutes. In the event of an accident or lengthy closure your driver diverts to the A44 via Wassenaar and Leiden.

Pick-up happens throughout the core: around the lock and the Damstraat in the Damcentrum, in 't Lien and De Rietvink by the water, in Essesteijn, in De Zijde and Park Veursehout, and in the streets of Amstelwijk.
Business addresses in Klein Plaspoelpolder and on Overgoo, or a meeting at the Mall of the Netherlands, are fine boarding points too. Leidschendam-Voorburg station lies on the south side, but towards Schiphol you change at least once on the way.

How much time should I reckon for a morning flight?+
About 39 minutes' driving time plus a good two hours for check-in and security. For a flight at 07:30 you come out at a pick-up around 04:45. In the peak it's planned more generously, as the A4 can then stretch the ride towards 57 minutes.
Can I travel on invoice from Klein Plaspoelpolder or Overgoo?+
Yes, business rides from an office address are common. Give the company details and the desired entrance at booking, and the driver waits at the right spot and you receive an invoice with the fixed price on it.
How long does the driver wait after landing?+
You have 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment the aircraft lands. That's enough for the gate, passport control and the baggage belt; if it overruns, the driver makes contact instead of leaving.
Can I pick someone up in Voorburg on the way?+
An intermediate stop is possible but not free: the extra address and the detour time are added to the total price. Indicate it at reservation, so you know beforehand exactly what the ride with a stop costs.
What if I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?+
Let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup on 085 060 2543. We then move your ride to a new time free of charge, or you cancel with a 50% refund. If you tell us later than 4 hours ahead, or we can't reach you, the ride counts as a no-show without a refund.
Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?+
Yes. When booking, mention that you need a child seat or booster and for which age — your driver will have the right seat ready.
Can I pay with iDEAL or credit card?+
Yes, you pay online in advance with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount you see at booking is the full amount — there is nothing to pay in the car.
