Leaving during the morning or evening rush, the journey can stretch to around 150 minutes, and the driver allows for that when setting the pick-up time. You are collected at your front door in any district, from Brandevoort to Dierdonk.

The logical route begins on the N205/A270, the commuter axis between Helmond and Eindhoven that turns into motorway near Brandevoort and joins the Eindhoven ring road at the Insulindeplein. From the ring the driver picks up the A2 towards 's-Hertogenbosch and then follows that motorway for roughly a hundred kilometres past Den Bosch and Utrecht.
At the Holendrecht interchange the driver switches to the A9 towards Amstelveen, then takes the A4 to reach the Schiphol exit. The vulnerable stretches sit at the start and the finish: the A270 and the Eindhoven ring grind to a halt on weekdays between 7:00 and 9:00, while the A2 around Utrecht and the A9 near Amstelveen do the same in those windows and again between 16:00 and 18:30.
Outside those hours this run is remarkably predictable; in the rush hour the driver allows for up to about 150 minutes and times the departure accordingly.
Pick-up in Helmond
Helmond has four railway stations — Helmond, Helmond 't Hout, Helmond Brouwhuis and Helmond Brandevoort — and a driver can collect you at any of them if that is handier than home. If you land between 15:30 and 18:30, bear in mind that the return run to Helmond via the A9 and the A2 around Utrecht takes longer in the evening rush than the roughly 115 minutes you would expect outside it.
