On the Maas in the far north-eastern corner of Brabant, close to the Limburg border, Boxmeer belongs to the Land van Cuijk and lies about 146 kilometres from the airport. A Comfort ride is fixed at €210 (VW Passat or similar); Premium costs €265 (Mercedes E-Class or similar), the Van for 5-8 people €275 (V-Class or similar) and VIP €455 (S-Class or similar).
Off-peak you are looking at roughly 119 minutes on the road. The rail alternative takes distinctly longer: from the station via Nijmegen with one or two changes, easily two and a half hours door to door. Over a distance like this, one car that collects you at home and drives straight through carries real weight, and because tax, luggage and Schiphol parking sit inside the fixed amount, nothing is added afterwards.

Your route and departure time
The driver leaves Boxmeer via the N272 or the Beugenseweg towards the A77 and the A73 in the direction of Nijmegen. There the route splits: onwards along the A15, or through Arnhem on the A12 towards Utrecht. The two threads meet again on the Utrecht ring, after which the A2, the Holendrecht interchange and the A9 bring you to the A4 and the Schiphol exit.
The area around Nijmegen, the A15 and the Utrecht ring are where things can clog up; in the morning crush the journey can climb to about 155 minutes. Which of the two roads runs fastest that day is a call the driver makes on the live traffic reports.
With a ride this long, the pick-up moment is given a generous cushion against your departure time.
At Nijmegen the route from Boxmeer splits in two. The driver first takes the N272 or the Beugenseweg to the A77 and the A73, then chooses either the A15 or the A12 via Arnhem. Both meet again on the Utrecht ring.
For an early European flight at 07:00 the choice hardly matters, as the roads are quiet at night. You want to be at Schiphol by 05:00 (the airport advises two hours), the ride takes about 119 minutes, and with 15 minutes of slack you leave at 02:45. From an address on the west or north side, close to the A77 and A73, the trip is a little shorter.
A long-haul flight at 19:00 is a different matter. You want to be at Schiphol three hours ahead, at 16:00, and the Nijmegen area, the A15 and the Utrecht ring often seize up in the afternoon. Allow about 155 minutes.
Including 15 minutes of slack, the car comes for you at 13:10. The fixed fare does not depend on the hour: Comfort costs €210, and a ride from the Land van Cuijk carries no night, weekend or rush-hour surcharge.
Pickup in and around Boxmeer
Anywhere in the Land van Cuijk municipality works as a pick-up point: the Boxmeer centre near the Sint-Petruskerk, and the villages of Beugen, Sambeek, Vierlingsbeek, Overloon and Oeffelt. Those on the western or northern side, close to the A77 and A73 slip roads, spend slightly less time on the road.
Business estates such as Sterckwijck or Saxe Gotha present no difficulty as collection addresses either; pass on the correct entrance or the company name in the comments when you book.

How much does a Boxmeer to Schiphol ride cost?

Yes, both business parks are ordinary pick-up addresses. Add the company name and the entrance in the booking comments. You pay for the ride online in advance, and you get a VAT invoice for your accounts. From the station you travel via Nijmegen with one or two changes; door to door you are soon two and a half hours under way with your luggage. Travelling alone and light, that can be fine. With cases, in company or facing an early flight, the direct taxi from €210 is usually more comfortable and easier to plan.

Being at the airport two hours ahead means arriving around 06:00. Count on roughly 119 minutes of driving, so the driver calls at around a quarter to four. In the small hours the route via Nijmegen and Utrecht is empty, which is exactly why you hit that shortest time.

Can I join from Overloon or Oeffelt as well?
Yes, alongside the town itself Beugen, Sambeek, Vierlingsbeek, Overloon and Oeffelt fall under the same rate within the Land van Cuijk. From those villages the driver first heads for the A77 or A73. The journey takes somewhat longer there than from the centre, but the price stays the same.
Boxmeer–Schiphol with six people from Sambeek and Vierlingsbeek: which car?
For a group of up to eight, the Van is the right choice, a Mercedes V-Class or similar. Its fare of €275 is for the whole ride, not per person. Agree on one pick-up address in Sambeek, Vierlingsbeek or Boxmeer itself.
