The customary route leaves Culemborg via the N320 or the Rijksstraatweg for the A2 at the Culemborg-Geldermalsen exit. From there you head north towards Utrecht, past Vianen over the Lek bridge, until the Oudenrijn junction brings the Utrecht ring.
Via the A2 and the Holendrecht junction the route joins the A9, after which the Badhoevedorp junction delivers the A4 and the Schiphol exit. In the morning rush the Lek bridge at Vianen and the Utrecht ring are the familiar choke points; the driving time can then climb to about 84 minutes.

Can I take the train from Culemborg instead of a taxi?+
Certainly. From Culemborg station the sprinter runs to Utrecht Centraal, where you change onto the intercity to Schiphol; with the legs either side you are travelling around five quarters of an hour. Alone and lightly packed that works well. With luggage, a party or an early flight, the direct taxi from €120 is usually more comfortable.
What are the fixed prices for the different vehicles?+
Comfort (VW Passat or similar) costs €120, Premium with a Mercedes E-Class €150, the Van for 5 to 8 people €155 and VIP €260. All figures are totals including VAT, luggage and the parking charges at Schiphol, so nothing is added to what you saw at booking.
How does it work with a child seat or extra luggage?+
Choose a Maxi-Cosi or toddler seat at the vehicle step of the booking form (€15 per ride, charged once) and pass on extra cases in advance in the booking remarks. Travelling with lots of luggage or a pushchair, the €155 Van is often the handiest pick, offering generous space for 5 to 8 people plus cases.
Does the car depart from the whole municipality of Culemborg?+
Yes, from the town centre and Lanxmeer to Parijsch, Terweijde and the hamlet of Goilberdingen you are collected at home at the same fixed price. From addresses near the A2 ramps on the south side the driving time is somewhat shorter; for the rest of the municipality the standard of roughly 65 minutes off-peak holds.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?+
For the return your flight is followed live, so the driver automatically stands ready later after a delay. For the outbound leg you cancel free until 24 hours before departure; is your flight scrapped, you move or cancel the ride without extra cost. You never pay for a journey that does not happen.
Is a taxi cheaper than parking at Schiphol?+

How far in advance do I need to book my Schiphol taxi?+
You can book online up to 1 hour before pickup, day and night; only between 02:00 and 09:00 you can't book a ride departing that same morning. If online booking is no longer available, just call 085 060 2543 and we'll see what's possible. Booking earlier is always wise, especially in holiday periods.
