* Comparison with the Dutch legal maximum taxi tariffs 2026 (passenger car: €4,31 start + €3,17/km + €0,52/min, wetten.overheid.nl), calculated over the usual off-peak travel time. Street taxis may charge less than the maximum; actual savings vary per ride. Full calculation per city.
Your ride from Zevenaar
Zevenaar is the main town of the Liemers, east of Arnhem, where the A12 and the railway towards Germany cut through the river land right next to each other. The border is around the corner, the airport a fair way further: 124 kilometres by road, about 102 minutes' drive outside rush hour.
That also explains the rates, which are clear in advance: €185 for Comfort, €230 for Premium, €240 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €400 for VIP. In every amount are VAT, luggage and the parking money at Schiphol; night surcharges and public-holiday surcharges don't exist, so a departure at three in the morning costs the same as a ride on a Tuesday afternoon.
You reserve at least 1 hour in advance, with direct online payment.
The whole ride is in fact one long west connection. From the exit at Zevenaar it goes onto the A12, past Duiven and Westervoort, over the Velperbroek roundabout under Arnhem and then over the Veluwezoom towards Ede and Veenendaal.
Beyond Maarsbergen and Driebergen the Lunetten interchange comes into view, where your driver picks the A2 northbound, past Utrecht and Breukelen to Holendrecht. From there the A9 runs via Amstelveen to Badhoevedorp and the A4 connects to the airport exit.
At a quiet moment of the day there's 102 minutes for those 124 kilometres. Two spots decide whether it goes smoothly: the stretch of A12 between Arnhem and Ede, which is full of commuter traffic in the morning, and the A2 past Utrecht.
Together those can push the travel time to some 132 minutes. In the event of a blockage on the A12, the southern detour over the A15 and the A2 at Deil remains available.
Pick-up in Zevenaar
Pick-up happens throughout the municipal area: in the centre and the Zonnemaat, Lentemorgen and Groot Holthuizen quarters, in Oud-Zevenaar and Babberich, and in the villages along the rivers such as Giesbeek, Lathum and Angerlo.
Businesses on 7Poort and Hengelder regularly have their people depart from the office too. Zevenaar station offers a train connection, but towards the airport that means changing in Arnhem or Utrecht with your cases in hand.
For an early flight the first trains run too late to check in on time besides.

Taxi from Schiphol Airport to Zevenaar
On return you find your driver in the arrivals hall of Schiphol Plaza. He keeps an eye on the flight status, so a delay of an hour and a half is no problem and nobody needs to call. Waiting costs nothing the first hour after landing.
Then the ride back follows over the A2 and the A12 to the Liemers, with a fixed price that's already paid.

Top chauffeur, uitstekende rit!
Vriendelijke gast, rijdt fantastisch.
Excellent service for our trip from Schipol airport to Spijkenisse. Communication from the driver was excellent and we managed to arrange a earlier pick up based on his knowledge of how long the immigration queue would be. Very friendly, helpful and would highly recommend

Frequently asked questions
What's the rate for Zevenaar to Schiphol?+
For Comfort that's €185, for Premium €230, for the Van with five to eight people €240 and for VIP €400. VAT, luggage and the parking at the airport are processed in it, so nothing is added along the way or afterwards.
Why does this amount come out higher than for a ride from the Randstad?+
The price follows the distance, and from the Liemers that's 124 kilometres one way straight across the country. Your driver is busy with it a good hour and a half plus the way back; you see that difference back in the rate, without hidden items.
Don't I reach the airport just as easily by train?+
From Zevenaar station you travel with a change towards Schiphol, which works fine if you have light luggage. With a family, lots of cases or a departure before dawn, a car at the door that brings you to the departure hall in one go stands better.
Do we travel with seven people in one car?+
That's what the Van is for, a Mercedes V-Class or similar model with five to eight seats including room for luggage. From Zevenaar it costs €240 as a total amount, so a party is cheaper off than with two separate cars.
How does the driver know my aircraft lands later?+
The flight number you enter at booking is tracked, so if the landing time changes, the pick-up moment changes with it. Sixty minutes of waiting time after landing are included, so passport control and the baggage belt yield no haste.
Do you also drive on public holidays and New Year's Eve?+
Yes — 24/7, all year round, including New Year's Eve, with no surcharge.
What if I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?+
Let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup on 085 060 2543. We then move your ride to a new time free of charge, or you cancel with a 50% refund. If you tell us later than 4 hours ahead, or we can't reach you, the ride counts as a no-show without a refund.
Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?+
Yes. When booking, mention that you need a child seat or booster and for which age — your driver will have the right seat ready.
