From Wijchen your driver rides via the A326 to the A50, or via the A73 past Nijmegen heading north. At the Ewijk interchange it goes over the Waalbrug and further over the A50 to the Valburg interchange, after which the A15 runs westbound through the Betuwe towards the Deil interchange and the A2.
Via the A2 past Utrecht and the A12, or via the A27 and the A9, the driver reaches the Haarlemmermeer and the A4 with the Schiphol exit. The ride spans a good 120 kilometres; the sensitive point is around the Waalbrug at Ewijk and on the A2 around Utrecht, both known peak bottlenecks.
The A15 through the Betuwe usually runs smoothly. Outside rush hour you reckon through the Betuwe on an hour and a half to two hours.
