Bilthoven grew up around the station in the woods north of Utrecht and became a villa village with broad avenues, the renewed De Kwinkelier shopping centre and the green De Leijen quarter. From here Schiphol is 57 kilometres away and you're on the road about 55 minutes outside rush hour.
The total price is fixed before you get in: €100 in Comfort, €125 in Premium, €130 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €220 for VIP. VAT, luggage and the parking at the airport are built in and there is no night surcharge, not even for a departure before sunrise.
Reserve at least 1 hour ahead and settle directly online; after that you only need to be ready.
The ride begins quietly, over the Soestdijkseweg or the Utrechtseweg to the A27 junction near De Bilt. From there two logical roads lead to the airport. The usual one heads south around Utrecht: the A27 to the Lunetten interchange, then the A12 westbound and at Oudenrijn onto the A2 towards Amsterdam, after which you take the A9 at the Holendrecht interchange and reach the A4 via Badhoevedorp.
The other variant runs north over the A27 past Hilversum to the Eemnes interchange and then along the A1 towards Muiderberg and Diemen. Outside rush hour those 57 kilometres take about 55 minutes. In the morning peak the Utrecht ring and the A2 often jam solid and the journey can rise towards 80 minutes; then the northern route via the A1 is sometimes faster.

Pick-up in Bilthoven
Pulling up is possible everywhere in Bilthoven: in the avenues of Bilthoven-Noord, in Bilthoven-Zuid on either side of the railway and in De Leijen by the woods. An address by De Kwinkelier, on the Larenstein business estate or on the Berg en Bosch park with its care and health organisations is easily scheduled too.
From Bilthoven station you always travel towards Schiphol via Utrecht Centraal, with a change and cases up the escalator. Departing straight from your own address spares that link, especially for an early flight.

How much does a ride Bilthoven to Schiphol cost?+
Comfort is €100, Premium €125, the Van for five to eight people €130 and VIP €220. These are total prices including VAT, luggage and parking charges; night or early rides cost the same as a ride during the day.
Isn't the train via Utrecht Centraal handier?+
That depends on your luggage and your departure time. From Bilthoven station you change in Utrecht and, including waiting, are soon an hour on the way. A taxi drives from your front door to the terminal in about 55 minutes, without a change.
What time is pick-up for a 07:00 flight?+
Add the roughly 55 minutes' driving time to a good two hours for check-in: that puts you at a pick-up around 03:45. If your ride falls in the morning peak, extra margin is planned as the journey can rise towards 80 minutes.
Do you also run business rides from Berg en Bosch or Larenstein?+
Yes, pick-up at a company address is straightforward. Give the company name, the entrance and any invoicing details when booking; many business travellers choose Premium, an E-Class or similar, at €125 fixed.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?+
Let us know at least 4 hours before the pick-up time. The ride is then rebooked free of charge to another moment, or you get 50% of the amount paid back. You can report it as soon as the airline confirms the cancellation.
Do you also drive on public holidays and New Year's Eve?+
Yes — 24/7, all year round, including New Year's Eve, with no surcharge.
What if I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?+
Let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup on 085 060 2543. We then move your ride to a new time free of charge, or you cancel with a 50% refund. If you tell us later than 4 hours ahead, or we can't reach you, the ride counts as a no-show without a refund.
Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?+
Yes. When booking, mention that you need a child seat or booster and for which age — your driver will have the right seat ready.
