Your ride from Rhenen
Rhenen lies in the south-eastern point of the province of Utrecht, where the Utrechtse Heuvelrug descends to the Nederrijn and the Grebbeberg with its war history rises above the town. The distance from the Grebbeberg to the airport is 92 kilometres; you drive that in a little over an hour outside rush hour.
You ride from the Nederrijn for a fixed price: €145 in Comfort, €180 in Premium, €190 in the Van for five to eight people and €260 in VIP, cases and parking included. For a night departure by Elst you pay nothing extra; surcharges outside office hours we don't charge.
You book the ride by the Grebbeberg up to at least 1 hour in advance and settle directly online, so the amount is fixed before the car pulls up.
From Rhenen your driver rides over the N225 past the Grebbeberg towards Veenendaal, or via the N233 to the A15 at Kesteren. At Veenendaal the route takes the A12 towards Utrecht, after which via the Utrecht ring and the A2/A9, or via the A27, the Haarlemmermeer and the A4 with the Schiphol exit are reached.
The ride is a good 90 kilometres; the sensitive point is on the A12 between Veenendaal and Utrecht and on the Utrecht ring, which fill in the peak. The N225 along the Rhine and the wooded estate roads on the Heuvelrug, by contrast, run quietly.
Outside rush hour you reckon on a good hour; if the A12 is jammed, the A15 and the A2 offer a southern alternative.
Pick-up in Rhenen
Pick-up is possible throughout the Rhenen municipality: in Rhenen-centrum, on the Vogelenzang and Achterberg quarters, and in the cores of Elst and Remmerden. Addresses by the Grebbeberg, along the floodplains and on the Remmerden business estate fall within the area too.
If you live on one of the wooded estate lanes or dyke roads, give your exact address with house number. Mention your precise address by the Grebbeberg or the centre in the booking, so the driver picks you up in front of the door without searching.

Taxi from Schiphol Airport to Rhenen
For the homeward ride to the Nederrijn the driver is ready at the meeting point in the arrivals hall of Schiphol Plaza; he follows your flight, so a delay is no problem, and the first 60 minutes after landing you don't pay. Along the Nederrijn and the Grebbeberg it then takes a little over an hour.

What's the ride price from Elst?+
The rates from the Grebbeberg are fixed: Comfort €145, Premium €180, Van €190, VIP €260, with VAT and the parking at Schiphol already included.
Does a direct train run from the Nederrijn?+
The station by Elst doesn't help directly: to Schiphol you travel via Veenendaal with a change, while a taxi drives you to the departure hall without a change.
What time to leave for a morning flight?+
Outside rush hour the ride from the Nederrijn takes a little over an hour; on top comes the recommended good two hours for check-in and security, so for a morning flight you best book the evening before.
Can we ride together as a group?+
The eight-seat Van has room for five to eight passengers and their cases and picks you up at the Grebbeberg; you pay €190 for it as a fixed total price, however full the car is.
Do I get money back on cancellation?+
As long as you report a ride from Elst at least 4 hours ahead, you rebook free of charge or receive 50% back; after that free adjustment is no longer possible.
Do you also drive on public holidays and New Year's Eve?+
Yes — 24/7, all year round, including New Year's Eve, with no surcharge.
What if I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?+
Let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup on 085 060 2543. We then move your ride to a new time free of charge, or you cancel with a 50% refund. If you tell us later than 4 hours ahead, or we can't reach you, the ride counts as a no-show without a refund.
Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?+
Yes. When booking, mention that you need a child seat or booster and for which age — your driver will have the right seat ready.
