Your ride from Maarn

Maarn is a wooded village on top of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, known for the Maarnse berg, the sand-drift area and the train station that opens up the village surprisingly well. The ride from the Maarnse berg to the airport spans 67 kilometres, about an hour outside rush hour.

The price from Maarsbergen you know in advance and it's fixed at €115 in Comfort, €145 in Premium, €150 in the Van and €205 in VIP; VAT, luggage and parking are in it. Whether you leave at night or in the afternoon by the Henschotermeer: the amount stays the same, because there's no night surcharge.

Up to an hour before the pick-up time by the Maarnse berg you can book; you settle directly online and the amount is thereby fixed.

From Maarn your driver rides over the Amersfoortseweg (N227) or via the Maarnse Grindweg towards Doorn and Driebergen, and picks up the connection to the A12 at Driebergen-Zeist. From the A12 it goes westbound past Utrecht and the Oudenrijn interchange, after which via the A2 and the A9, or via the A12 and the N207, the route runs to the Haarlemmermeer and the A4, with the Schiphol exit as endpoint.

A northern alternative runs via the N226 towards Amersfoort and the A28. The sensitive point is around Utrecht, where the ring jams in the peak. The forest paths and hill lanes at Maarn run quietly. If the A12 is jammed, the A28 via Amersfoort offers a way out.

Outside rush hour you stay around the hour with those 67 kilometres.

Pick-up in Maarn

Pick-up is possible throughout Maarn and neighbouring Maarsbergen: around the station, on the villa avenues by the Maarnse berg, and along the ribbons towards Doorn and Woudenberg. Addresses by the wood and the sand drift fall within the area too.

If you live on one of the narrow wooded estate lanes, give your exact house number, then your driver finds the address without searching. Put your full address around the station or in Maarsbergen in the booking, and the driver knows exactly where and when he must be.

Excellent service for our trip from Schipol airport to Spijkenisse. Communication from the driver was excellent and we managed to arrange a earlier pick up based on his knowledge of how long the immigration queue would be. Very friendly, helpful and would highly recommend

What time to leave for a morning flight?+

Outside rush hour the ride from Maarsbergen takes about an hour; on top comes the recommended good two hours for check-in and security, so for a morning flight you best book the evening before.

The eight-seat Van has room for five to eight passengers and their cases and picks you up at the Maarnse berg; you pay €150 for it as a fixed total price, however full the car is.

Do I get money back on cancellation?+

As long as you report a ride from the Henschotermeer at least 4 hours ahead, you rebook free of charge or receive 50% back; after that free adjustment is no longer possible.
