Emmeloord is the heart of the Noordoostpolder: a spaciously laid-out planned town from the reconstruction years, with the 65-metre Poldertoren and the central square De Deel as landmarks. Schiphol lies a fair distance away (101 kilometres, about 82 minutes outside rush hour), and precisely then a fixed total price is pleasant: €160 in Comfort, €200 in Premium, €210 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €345 for VIP.
VAT, luggage and the parking charges at Schiphol come as standard; a night or luggage surcharge doesn't exist. You book at least 1 hour ahead and pay directly online, so the price is fixed before you get in. On return your flight is tracked live and you have 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
Your route and departure time
From Emmeloord you take the A6 that runs right past the town, southbound over the Ketelbrug to Lelystad and Almere. At the Muiderberg interchange you switch to the A1 towards Amsterdam and at the Diemen interchange to the A9, which brings you via the Gaasperdammertunnel and past Amstelveen to the Badhoevedorp interchange; from there it's a few minutes via the A4 to the Schiphol exit.
Without peak congestion you cover those 101 kilometres in about 82 minutes. Sensitive stretches are the A6 between Almere and Muiderberg and the A1/A9 corridor in the morning peak: the journey can then rise towards 119 minutes.
Your driver plans the pick-up moment generously enough to absorb that congestion and, in the event of a closure, can pick an alternative together with the navigation, for example via the A27.

Can I book the ride on business with a proof of payment?

What if my flight is cancelled?
Report it at least 4 hours before the planned pick-up time: you then rebook the ride free of charge to a new moment, or get 50% of the amount back. That way a shifting flight schedule doesn't tie you to one time.
What if I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?
Let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup on 085 060 2543. We then move your ride to a new time free of charge, or you cancel with a 50% refund. If you tell us later than 4 hours ahead, or we can't reach you, the ride counts as a no-show without a refund.

How do I travel from Emmeloord to Schiphol without a taxi?
Emmeloord has no train station: by public transport you first take the bus to Lelystad or Zwolle station and then the train to Schiphol Airport. That's doable, but with an early flight, lots of luggage or a family, straight from the front door is a good deal calmer.
What time am I picked up for a morning flight?
From Emmeloord, allow about 82 minutes' driving time outside rush hour plus a good two hours for check-in and security. For a 07:00 flight that means a pick-up around 03:30. Night rides cost exactly as much as during the day.
Do you also drive on public holidays and New Year's Eve?
Yes: 24/7, all year round, including New Year's Eve, with no surcharge.
Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?
Yes. At the vehicle step of the booking form, select a Maxi-Cosi (infant seat) or toddler seat: €15 once per booking. Your driver will have the seat ready and installed.
