Your ride from Dronten
Dronten is the youngest main core of Flevoland: spaciously laid out, with the Wisentbos on the edge and the De Meerpaal cultural centre as its beating heart. The village was only won from the water in the 1960s, but is by now well connected via the N307 and the Hanzelijn railway.
The route to the airport measures 84 kilometres and takes some 75 minutes outside rush hour. For that a fixed total amount applies: Comfort €140, Premium €175, the Van with five to eight seats €180 and VIP €300.
VAT, your cases and the parking charges at the airport are processed in it. That rate knows no surcharge for the night or for a public holiday, so a departure at four in the morning changes nothing about the amount.
Reservation is possible up to at least 1 hour before the pick-up time; payment happens directly online.
From the Dronten quarters it first goes over the broad Educalaan or the Wisentweg to the N305, the through connection towards Biddinghuizen and Lelystad. At Lelystad-Zuid the car joins the A6 and the long straight stretch over the polder begins: past Almere Buiten, Almere Stad and Almere Poort, over the Hollandse Brug to the Muiderberg interchange.
There the route switches to the A1 towards Amsterdam, at the Diemen interchange to the A9 and through the Gaasperdammertunnel past Ouderkerk and Amstelveen. The Badhoevedorp interchange gives the A4 and immediately after the exit to the terminal.
Those 84 kilometres cost about 75 minutes outside the congestion. The bottleneck lies predictably between Almere and the Hollandse Brug, where all the commuter traffic towards Het Gooi converges; in the morning peak the journey rises to a good 108 minutes.
If the A6 is jammed solid, there's a detour via the N302 and the A27 at Almere Haven, longer in kilometres but sometimes shorter in minutes.
Pick-up in Dronten
The pick-up area spans the whole municipality: the De Gilden, De Munten, De Boeg and Het Palet quarters in Dronten itself, plus Swifterbant and Biddinghuizen. Addresses by the Aeres university of applied sciences or on the edge of the Wisentbos are no problem either.
Dronten station on the Hanzelijn lies centrally, but whoever wants to reach the airport by train changes in Lelystad or Amsterdam and lugs the luggage along. A car that stops at the door spares that hassle entirely.
Note the full home address when reserving — in the new-build on the south side, street names sometimes strongly resemble each other.

Reserve at least 1 hour before the desired pick-up time. If it's about a flight in the early morning, fixing it the evening before is smarter, because then a car is certainly scheduled for you.
May someone else board in Lelystad on the way?+
An intermediate stop can be done, but it's not free: the extra kilometres and the waiting time are added to the rate. Report the stop at booking, so the total amount is fixed beforehand.
What happens with a scrapped flight?+
Give it at the latest 4 hours before the agreed pick-up time. The ride then moves without cost to another moment, or 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
How much do I pay per person?+
