Price certainty on this route

Without a reservation, a street taxi may charge up to about 449 for this ride (±123 km, ±105 min) under the Dutch legal maximum meter rates for 2026. With us the price is fixed at 185 (Comfort) before you book — 58% below that legal maximum.*

And no surge pricing like ride-hailing apps: your fare doesn't rise with rain, rush hour or an early-morning flight — and traffic jams or detours don't change it either. The amount you see when booking from Alphen is the amount on your receipt.

  • No night surcharge
  • No weekend or holiday surcharge
  • No rush-hour surcharge
  • No luggage fee
  • No booking or payment fees

Never settle up in the taxi — no cash, no card terminal stress. Business trip? An invoice with VAT is available too.

* Comparison with the Dutch legal maximum taxi tariffs 2026 (passenger car: €4,31 start + €3,17/km + €0,52/min, wetten.overheid.nl), calculated over the usual off-peak travel time. Street taxis may charge less than the maximum; actual savings vary per ride. Full calculation per city.

Your ride from Alphen

Alphen is the Brabant village in the Alphen-Chaam municipality, between Tilburg, Breda and the Belgian border at Baarle-Nassau — so emphatically not Alphen aan den Rijn in South Holland. This page is about rides from those sandy grounds, with woods like Gorp en Roovert and the Boswachterij Chaam nearby.

To the airport it's 123 kilometres from here, about 105 minutes' drive outside rush hour. The total price is known in advance: €185 in Comfort, €230 in Premium, €240 for the Van (5-8 seats) and €400 for VIP. VAT, luggage and the parking money at Schiphol belong to that amount and no night or public-holiday surcharge whatsoever applies.

Booking is possible up to at least 1 hour before the pick-up time, with direct online payment.

The first stretch is provincial road: via the N260 your driver rides towards Baarle or, conversely, north past Riel to Tilburg, depending on the time. At Gilze the A58 comes into view, which runs west to Breda to the Galder and Princeville interchange.

There the traffic turns north onto the A16, over the Moerdijk bridge and past Dordrecht to Rotterdam, after which via the Terbregseplein and the A20 the Kleinpolderplein follows. The A13 past Delft connects at Ypenburg to the A4, which brings you in one line past Leidschendam and Leiden to the airport.

The counter comes out at 123 kilometres, good for about 105 minutes when it's quiet on the road. Around Rotterdam and on the A13 at Overschie sits the most delay; in the morning peak the travel time ticks on to some 137 minutes.

If the A16 stays stuck, the route via the A27 past Gorinchem and Utrecht offers a way out.

Pick-up in Alphen

Pick-up happens in the village core of Alphen and in the other cores of the municipality: Chaam, Galder and Strijbeek, plus the hamlets between them and addresses towards Baarle-Nassau, Riel and Ulicoten. Many homes lie on country roads and open countryside, so a complete address with house number in the booking prevents searching in the dark.

There's no station in the wide surroundings: that means first driving to Tilburg, Gilze-Rijen or Breda and changing there. With luggage and an early departure, driving straight through from your own drive is a good deal simpler.

Taxi from Schiphol Airport to Alphen

On homecoming your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of Schiphol Plaza. He keeps track of the flight status, so a delay or an earlier landing simply fits the planning. Waiting the first hour after landing costs nothing.

Then you drive back to Brabant in a good hour and a half, with a price already settled at booking.

Excellent service for our trip from Schipol airport to Spijkenisse. Communication from the driver was excellent and we managed to arrange a earlier pick up based on his knowledge of how long the immigration queue would be. Very friendly, helpful and would highly recommend

Frequently asked questions

Is this page about Alphen aan den Rijn?+

No. This rate applies to Alphen in the Alphen-Chaam municipality in North Brabant, between Tilburg, Breda and Baarle-Nassau. If you live in Alphen aan den Rijn in South Holland, a different distance and therefore a different amount belongs to that; in that case choose the page of that place.

What does a taxi Alphen to Schiphol cost?+

From the Brabant Alphen you pay €185 for Comfort, €230 for Premium, €240 for the Van with five to eight people and €400 for VIP. VAT, cases and the parking at the airport are processed in that total amount.

How early should I leave from this part of Brabant?+

Reckon with about 105 minutes' driving outside rush hour and add the two hours the airport advises for check-in. For a flight in the early morning you come out at a pick-up time well before five.

Do we travel with a party in one car?+

The Van has five to eight seats and enough room for cases, a Mercedes V-Class or similar. From here it costs €240 as a fixed total price, which at this distance works out clearly better than deploying two separate cars.

Do I pay in advance or afterwards?+

Payment happens online at the moment of booking, so in advance. That fixes the amount and means nothing needs arranging along the way; the driver settles nothing extra on arrival for toll roads, luggage or parking.

Do you also drive on public holidays and New Year's Eve?+

Yes — 24/7, all year round, including New Year's Eve, with no surcharge.

What if I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?+

Let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup on 085 060 2543. We then move your ride to a new time free of charge, or you cancel with a 50% refund. If you tell us later than 4 hours ahead, or we can't reach you, the ride counts as a no-show without a refund.

Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?+

Yes. When booking, mention that you need a child seat or booster and for which age — your driver will have the right seat ready.
