Your ride from Uden
Uden lies in the north-east of Brabant, on the edge of the Maashorst nature area, and since the reorganisation forms together with Landerd the Maashorst municipality. Schiphol lies 120 kilometres from the Maashorst; outside rush hour you're there in about an hour and a half.
You know the amount from Volkel before you book: Comfort €180, Premium €225, Van €235 and VIP €325, all including VAT, luggage and the parking at the airport. The time makes no difference to the price — night and public-holiday surcharges we know at Bitswijk no more than elsewhere.
Place your reservation by the Maashorst at least 1 hour in advance and pay online, then the ride is settled and the price final.
From Uden your driver rides via the N264 or the A50 to the Paalgraven interchange, and picks up the A50 towards Oss and the Maas there. After the bridge at Ravenstein it goes over the A59 and the A2 past 's-Hertogenbosch, or via the A50 and the A15 through the Betuwe, to the Deil interchange and Utrecht.
Past Utrecht it goes over the A2 and A9 via Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, after which the A4 at Badhoevedorp gives the Schiphol exit. The ride is a good 120 kilometres; the sensitive point is on the A2 around 's-Hertogenbosch and the Utrecht ring.
The N264 and the roads around the Maashorst, by contrast, run quietly. Outside rush hour you reckon along the Maashorst on an hour and a half to two hours.
Pick-up in Uden
Pick-up is possible throughout Uden and the surrounding Maashorst cores: in Uden-centrum, the Bitswijk, Melle and Moleneind quarters, and in Volkel, Odiliapeel and Zeeland. Addresses by the Volkel air base and on the Hoogveld business estate fall within the area too.
