Your ride from Elst
Elst is the main town of the Overbetuwe municipality, set in the middle of the Betuwe between Arnhem and Nijmegen, known for the fruit growing and the Roman temple finds under the church. Don't confuse it with the Utrecht Elst near Rhenen: this is the Gelderland Elst on the Betuwelijn.
It's 110 kilometres from the Betuwe to the airport, outside rush hour a ride of about an hour and a half. The price from the Linge is known in advance and unchangeable: €170 for Comfort, €215 for Premium, €220 for the eight-seat Van and €305 for VIP, VAT and parking in it.
A night surcharge doesn't exist, so a departure by the Overbetuwe deep in the night costs exactly as much as a ride in the middle of the day. A ride from the Betuwe you fix at least 1 hour ahead and pay online, so everything is confirmed before the driver sets off.
From the Gelderland Elst your driver rides via the N837 or the A325 to the Ressen interchange and the A15. From the A15 it goes westbound through the Betuwe past Tiel and Geldermalsen to the Deil interchange, where the A2 towards Utrecht is picked up.
At Utrecht it goes over the A2 and the A9 via Ouderkerk aan de Amstel to the A4 at Badhoevedorp, with the Schiphol exit nearby. The ride is a good 100 kilometres; the sensitive point is around the Deil interchange and the Utrecht ring, which jam in the peak.
The A15 through the Betuwe usually runs smoothly. Outside rush hour you reckon on an hour and a half; if the A2 is jammed, the A50 and the A12 at Arnhem offer an alternative.
Pick-up in Elst
Pick-up is possible throughout Elst and the surrounding Overbetuwe cores: in Elst-centrum, Elst-Zuid and 't Fort, and in the villages of Zetten, Herveld, Valburg and Oosterhout. Addresses by the fruit orchards and on the De Aam business estate fall within the area too.
If you live in one of the outer villages, give your full address with house number. Give your complete address in the centre or Elst-Zuid at booking, and the driver is ready at the agreed time.

Taxi from Schiphol Airport to Elst
On homecoming towards the Linge the driver waits at the meeting point in the arrivals hall at Schiphol Plaza; because the landing time is tracked, a delay costs nothing extra and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Through the Betuwe along the A15 it then takes about an hour and a half.

Top chauffeur, uitstekende rit!
Vriendelijke gast, rijdt fantastisch.
Excellent service for our trip from Schipol airport to Spijkenisse. Communication from the driver was excellent and we managed to arrange a earlier pick up based on his knowledge of how long the immigration queue would be. Very friendly, helpful and would highly recommend

Frequently asked questions
What do I pay Elst to Schiphol?+
From the Betuwe you pay a fixed €170 in Comfort, €215 in Premium, €220 in the Van with five to eight seats and €305 in VIP, cases and parking included.
Does a direct train run from the Linge?+
The station by the Overbetuwe doesn't help directly: to Schiphol you travel via Arnhem with a change, while a taxi drives you to the departure hall without a change.
Which pick-up time suits an early flight?+
Add from the Linge to about an hour and a half on the road the good two hours you spend at the airport on check-in and security; for an early flight the pick-up time then lies between four and five.
Do eight people fit in one car?+
For a party from the area of the Betuwe the Van is the logical choice: five to eight seats and enough luggage room, at €220 fixed instead of two cars.
Can I move my ride from the Linge free of charge?+
A timely report — at least 4 hours before the pick-up time by the Overbetuwe — means free rebooking or half back; whoever only cancels at the last minute can no longer cancel without cost.
Can I get a child seat for the ride to Schiphol?+
Yes. When booking, mention that you need a child seat or booster and for which age — your driver will have the right seat ready.
Can I pay with iDEAL or credit card?+
Yes, you pay online in advance with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount you see at booking is the full amount — there is nothing to pay in the car.
How early should I be at Schiphol before my flight?+
Schiphol recommends 2 hours for a European flight and 3 hours for an intercontinental one. Your driver plans the pickup time around that, with a margin for rush hour.
