Leaving Schiphol, the driver picks up the A2 and follows it almost straight south past Utrecht, 's-Hertogenbosch, Eindhoven and Weert, arriving in Maastricht after roughly two and a half hours. Nearly the entire trip is motorway, and only around Utrecht are traffic jams somewhat more likely.
You get out right at your destination, be it the Vrijthof, Wyck, the university or a village in the Heuvelland.
