For event organisers
How far in advance should we book event transport?+
For small groups (1-3 vehicles) we recommend 1 week ahead. For large events (10+ rides, RAI weeks) preferably 4-6 weeks ahead to guarantee availability and coordinated planning. Last-minute requests often still work — call 085 060 2543.
Can you run several vehicles at once?+
Yes. For large events we coordinate several V-Class, S-Class and E-Class vehicles at once, with staggered arrival times if needed. One event contact coordinates every vehicle live via a shared schedule.
What's in the event quote?+
Our quote includes: a fixed price per route and vehicle type, the total, an availability guarantee during peak hours, a named dedicated contact, payment terms (Net 30 invoicing or pre-pay), and optionally a meet-and-greet package for VIP guests.
Do we get one invoice afterwards or one per ride?+
For events we provide a single itemised invoice after the event as standard, with every ride listed separately (date, route, vehicle, price). You can also choose monthly invoicing for ongoing contracts.
Do you offer meet-and-greet on arrival at Schiphol?+
Yes. For VIP guests and speakers we offer a meet-and-greet package: the driver waits with a name sign in the Schengen or non-Schengen arrivals hall, helps with luggage and escorts them straight to the vehicle. 60 minutes of free waiting is included as standard.
