About early-morning rides
How early do you drive?+
We drive 24/7. For flights at 06:00 that often means we're on the road from 02:30 for pickups in The Hague or Rotterdam. The drivers are used to night and early-morning shifts — rested and on time.
Is there a night surcharge for early rides?+
No. The same fixed price at 02:30 as at 14:00. No night surcharge, no weekend surcharge. The price you see at booking is the total.
How do I know exactly when the driver arrives?+
At booking we calculate the pickup time from your flight number, your desired buffer before the gate (default 2 hours) and current route conditions. 15 minutes before pickup you get an SMS with the driver's name, registration plate and a live tracking link.
What if I oversleep?+
Call the driver straight away (number is in the SMS) the moment you wake up. We hold your slot for up to 30 minutes after the planned pickup. After that our standard cancellation policy applies. For crucial flights: set several alarms and pay for the extra rest the night before.
Can I hear a driver arrive in my street?+
The drivers switch off the engine at your door, never use the horn, and call you discreetly to announce their arrival — no nuisance for the neighbours.
