Straight from Schiphol to your ADE address
For five days and nights during ADE, Amsterdam is all about electronic music, at hundreds of venues: from large halls to small clubs, with a conference for the music industry during the day. The crowd is international and many visitors come through Schiphol with luggage or equipment. The night train and the last metro do not always run when a showcase finishes, and with DJ cases or a suitcase, changing trains is awkward.
A direct taxi takes you from Schiphol to your hotel or the club address in about 25 minutes, and straight back afterwards. The price per car is fixed in advance, even in the small hours when the ADE programme is at its peak. For artists and crew with lots of luggage, the Van is the obvious choice.

Does the taxi run to Schiphol after the last ADE set?
Yes, a taxi runs 24/7. The ADE programme peaks at night, and the night train and metro do not always connect with the end of a showcase. A direct ride to Schiphol or your hotel is possible at any time, with no night surcharge, so a ride at 05:00 costs the same as one during the day.
Can the taxi pick me up at a club venue or hotel?
Yes. Enter your exact hotel or club address in Amsterdam when booking, and you will see the fixed price for that route straight away. The city centre is busy during ADE; if the street is closed or car access is restricted, your driver will arrange an accessible pickup point around the corner.
I'm an artist or crew member with lots of equipment. Will it all fit?
The Van (Mercedes V-Class or similar) has room for five to eight people plus a separate luggage space for DJ cases, records and equipment. Give the number of passengers and the amount of luggage when you book, and the right vehicle with enough load space will be ready for you.
My flight is delayed during the ADE weekend. What happens?
Your flight is tracked live, so if it is delayed your pickup time moves automatically and you have 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. You receive the pickup point by email in advance. Once you have landed, your driver will contact you and then take you straight to your address in Amsterdam, with no waiting around for a train or metro.
